To: M.A. Ford Distributors and End User Partners,

M.A. Ford continues to closely monitor the fluid situation regarding the global novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its potential impact on both raw material and finished good supply chain.  You, our customers, can feel confident in our ability and plan to maintain business continuity. 

We have manufacturing facilities in Iowa and Florida as well as in the United Kingdom that are operating without any disruptions.  Our source of raw materials is diversified such that a disruption in one area of the globe will not hamper our supply.   As always, please work closely with your sales representative to forecast demand and keep us closely advised of your upcoming production outlook and product needs.  Additionally, Customer Service and Technical Support teams are available to take orders, answer questions and assist you with any questions you may have.

We will limit our visits to your facilities but will continue to be available for service at the spindle upon request.
